North Woods Inn Cottage Cheese Mix

This was originally published in the Englewood Herald. It is credited to Nancy Pyles Wyman who knew the owners of the North Woods Inn, worked there as a server, and helped prepare the spice blend.

1 pound small-curd cottage cheese

1/4 teaspoon caraway seed, more if desired

3/4 teaspoon sugar

1/2 teaspoon Accent® (MSG)

1/4 teaspoon white pepper

1/2 tablespoon dried chives

1/4 teaspoon celery salt

Mix all ingredients together and chill for several hours or overnight.
